WHY THE BSE IS NOT OFFERING STAKE TO INDIANS BEFORE OFFERINGS TO FIIs?

because nobody in asking. plus foreign valutions are steep and greed will get the better of you. entire capitalist game is based on over pricing and that is how they built their skyscrapers every day. did u notice oil is $70 and nobody complains. where do you think all that oil we guzzle from our hard earned money go, to overprice steeply and make a lot of poor people and use police and sniff dogs later.
