When I look at various web sites I have seen that in some it is refer as Private and in others as Public and in others they said there are two IDBI one Private and the other Public anyone knows about it. Wenn ich mir auf verschiedenen Websites Ich habe gesehen, dass in einigen ist es, beziehen als eine Privatperson und in anderen öffentlichen und wie sie in anderen gesagt gibt es zwei IDBI ein Privat-und den anderen öffentlichen jemand kennt ihn.

Die Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) wurde am 1. Juli 1964 unter ein Gesetz des Parlaments als eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Reserve Bank of India. In February 1976, the ownership of IDBI was transferred to the Government of India and it was made the principal financial institution for coordinating the activities of institutions engaged in financing, promoting and developing industry in the country. Im Februar 1976, das Eigentum an IDBI wurde an die Regierung von Indien und es war die wichtigste Finanzinstitution für die Koordinierung der Tätigkeiten von Einrichtungen, die bei der Finanzierung, Förderung und Entwicklung der Industrie im Land. Although Government shareholding in the Bank came down below 100% following IDBI’s public issue in July 1995, the former continues to be the major shareholder (current shareholding: 58.47%). Obwohl die Regierung die Aktienmehrheit an der Bank fiel unter 100% nach IDBI's öffentlichen Emission im Juli 1995, das ehemalige ist nach wie vor der Hauptaktionär (aktueller Anteil: 58,47%).

2. There is now only one IDBI Bank and this is a public sector bank in which the Government stake can never go below 50% Es gibt jetzt nur noch ein IDBI Bank und dies ist eine Bank des öffentlichen Sektors, in denen die Regierung dem Spiel kann niemals unter 50%

4. IDBI,was earlier a term lending institution and its subsidiary was IDBI Bank. IDBI, war früher ein Begriff Kreditvergabe Institution und ihrer Tochtergesellschaft wurde IDBI Bank. Through a reverse merger the holding company viz IDBI was merged with IDBI Bank. Durch eine Fusion der Reverse-Holdinggesellschaft nämlich IDBI verschmolzen wurde mit IDBI Bank. It is still a PSB Es ist noch ein PSB
5. This is not a private bank but it is a public limited company having shareholders . Dies ist nicht eine Privatbank, aber es ist eine Aktiengesellschaft mit Aktionären.

   The total equity is not hold by the Indian Govt. Das Eigenkapital ist nicht von der indischen Govt. but Govt retains the majority shareholder , thus appoint the Directors who run the company. Govt behält aber die Mehrheit der Anteile, so ernennt die Direktoren, das Unternehmen laufen.
